Bewitch is the fifth book in the Vampire Erotic Theater series. This book focuses on Payne. Payne thinks he is an abomination that does not belong in the world because of his mixed blood. He is on a mission to help his friends when he meets a witch who he can’t resist.

Payne is a very sexy and very alpha male. He is also a tortured soul, because he feels cast out. He also feels like he can only bring hurt to those he cares about, and holds himself back from those around him. I loved how Heaton portrayed his vulnerability to the reader. Elissa is the perfect fit for Payne. She shows a patience and understanding with Payne that makes her character very likable. Heaton has done a prime job with creating all of the characters, and as a reader it is effortless building an attachment to each and every one.

Although the books in this series are relatively short they are full of sizzling sex coupled with exciting storylines. I recommend readers start from the beginning because past characters make appearances, and I don’t believe you can fully appreciate the story if you don’t know about them.
Heaton has really outdone herself with this book! This seductive read is my favorite in the series so far. If you are a fan of steamy paranormal romance, this book if a must read. I am already highly anticipating the next installment which is due to release later this spring.

Seduce is the third book in the Vampire Erotic Theatre series. Having reviewed the first two and enjoyed them, I must say they get better with each book.  This is Antoine’s story.  He is the dark aristocratic vampire who runs the Vampirerotique Theatre, and he catches the eye of Sera.
Antoine is mentioned in the series’ first two books, Crave and Covet.  With the exception of his brother Snow, he is distant from everyone.  I was curious about his character and was happy to see a book devoted to him.  In Seduce, we learn more about Antoine, and his painful past.  My heart went out to him and I fell in love with his character.  Sera is an elite vampire, who, for a year, has admired Antoine from afar.  Determined to meet him, she tried out to be a performer in the theater to get his attention.  I liked Sera’s character; at times she was unsure of herself, but underneath she is strong and compassionate.  Another character with a role in the story is Snow; he is a very old vampire and the brother of Antoine.  His character is another that has fascinated me since the first book.  The purebred vampire is fighting not to succumb to the bloodlust. His struggle is heart-wrenching and I hope to see his story very soon.     

The erotic scenes throughout the story are smoldering, and the story itself is intoxicating.  Heaton grabs your attention from the very beginning with her stimulating and seductive tale. Her writing is so vivid that you feel like a voyeur looking in on the lives of the characters and their surroundings.

I have become a big fan of this series.  Although these books are relatively short, Heaton gives the reader a completely fulfilling story.  If you long for a quick paranormal read with a little spice, I recommend you give the Vampire Erotic Theatre Series a try.
